Information Technology Services Job DescriptionJob Summary Provide support for class and event related AV and computer needs as part of the Classroom and Events Support team. Check that the technology and technical support needed for classes and events is available and present based on requests. Assist end-users with the use of technology for their events, including providing guidance on best practices and instruction on the use of event and classroom technology, as needed. Provide setup and support of audio systems for classes and events. Assist with the maintenance of AV equipment and computers in classrooms and event spaces and provide direct technology support to campus events. Work performed may be individual or collaborative with other ITS colleagues depending on context. Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
