THE ROLE:

We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is high energy and thrives in an ever-changing business environment. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday. This role will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers, and employees, managing day-to-day priorities. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, collaborative, and requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. This position is situated within the Office of the CEO and will provide support to both the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Senior Vice President of Operations.

THE PERSON:

The ideal person will have significant experience navigating a complex C -Suite environment with proactive mindset. To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently. Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is critical as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries, and information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive Calendar Management: Own and manage the Executive's calendar with precision; prioritize meetings and commitments in alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
  • Governance & Process Alignment: Track and coordinate critical meetings, ensuring alignment with AMD processes, corporate governance requirements, and leadership rhythms.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute executive staff meetings, offsites, and leadership sessions-managing agendas, materials, and attendees to ensure productive outcomes.
  • CEO Office Support: Provide seamless administrative and logistical support to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, ensuring continuity and consistency across C-suite operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a professional point of contact for internal leaders, customers, and visiting executives-demonstrating executive presence and discretion.
  • Information Flow & Delegation: Triage, route, and follow up on inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across teams.
  • Judgment & Initiative: Exercise sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility in managing complex and dynamic priorities.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle all executive information and correspondence with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and promptly, adhering to corporate policy.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: High school diploma required; completion of business or executive administrative program (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred.
  • Executive Support: Proven success supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-performance corporate environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint; ability to leverage complex office automation tools for executive-level reporting, presentations, and coordination.
  • Digital & AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Notion AI) to streamline communications, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Data Handling: Ability to apply AI-driven insights to support meeting preparation, follow-up summaries, and executive briefing materials while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

LOCATION:

Austin, TX with full time in office schedule.
