Sales Operations Supervisor - CCA

The Sales Operations Supervisor for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) organization provides leadership, guidance, and support to a regional team focused on internal operational excellence across the order-to-cash cycle.

This role ensures process alignment, SLA compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of critical business tasks supporting sales, vendor, and internal departments such as Account managers, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Product Management.

This position drives efficiency and collaboration within the Sales Administration organization, ensuring best practices are followed in quote management, order processing, backlog maintenance, and month-end closing activities.

The supervisor fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence toward internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coach a regional team of Sales Admin specialists responsible for processing quotes, purchase orders, and related operational tasks supporting Sales and Vendor Management teams.

• Supervise daily operations ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

• Validate documentation, approvals, pricing, and system data prior to order submission to ensure error-free processing and compliance with contractual and financial controls.

• Monitor backlog, pipeline, and open order reports to proactively address delays, escalations, or discrepancies.

• Partner with cross-functional areas - Finance, Compliance, Legal, PMs, and IT - to resolve issues impacting process flow or revenue recognition.

• Oversee the execution of month-end closings, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and on-time delivery of all assigned tasks.

• Track and report team performance metrics, including SLA, error rate, turnaround time, and backlog health; propose corrective actions when needed.

• Support process optimization initiatives, including automation, standardization, and documentation of workflows.

• Conduct periodic quality reviews, root-cause analysis, and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.

• Ensure effective communication across shifts, regions, and functions to maintain operational continuity.

• Manage escalations and prioritize workload according to business impact and urgency.

• Promote adherence to TD SYNNEX values, compliance guidelines, and internal audit requirements.

• Support onboarding and continuous development of team members, fostering engagement and professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience.

• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service Back Office, or Process Management roles within a multinational or regional organization.

• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet operational performance targets.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and order-to-cash workflows.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to interpret and apply corporate policies, compliance standards, and business rules.

• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Power BI or equivalent experience is an advantage.

• Demonstrated capacity for process improvement, problem solving, and data-driven decision making.

• Professional environment (Remote).

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
