Your Job

The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products to customers and internal stakeholders. This role supports the PCS segment by maintaining shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold Molex's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and request replenishment as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Principle-Based Management (PBM) by identifying opportunities to streamline shipping processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics in a manufacturing or distribution environment.Experience with shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Experience in electronics or printed circuit manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.

    For this role, we anticipate paying $XXXXX - $XXXXX per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
