Job Description: Collaborates with various departments to ensure the quotes, remixes and sales/customer requirements comply with prescribed pricing, discounts, and accounting guidelines.
Gathers deal requirements to assist sales with product offerings to best provide solutions for implementation to ensure customer success.
Creates, reviews sales-proposed quotes, evaluates pricing structures and approves quotes ensuring compliance with published sales and business policies.
Monitors contract approvals and assist sales team with order processes to advance quotes through the system in a timely manner.
Provides continual review of deal progression to ensure optimal deal cycle times and contract execution for standard and non-standard agreements.
Incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations; ensures collaboration with Professional Services and Finance leads on deal status / progression, forecast accuracy etc.
Serves as the liaison and escalation point for sales, customer adoption, customer success, and other deal related concerns.
Assists with creating a variety of standard and ad-hoc reports for analyses including but not limited to sales volume, sales trend, closing times, contract terms, etc.
- Partners with sales to serve as the SME in support of the sales quote process, contract policies and procedures, throughout the deal approval and system training processes.
- Creates quotes for add-on sales and verifies master agreements in Salesforce for rates and contractual discounts and pricing.
- Gathers deal requirements to assist sales with product offerings to best provide solutions for implementation to ensure customer success.
- Provides support to sales on product/service offerings; review proposals to ensure product offerings align with client needs and support.
- Ensures deals are structured and processed efficiently and aligned to internal policies and product offerings align with client needs and support to clients are accurately included in sales proposals/contracts such as additional licenses, implementation, training, etc. and verification of payment terms, revenue recognition impact.
- Researches and resolves sales process challenges, issues, or concerns through collaboration and consultation with colleagues and/or leadership.
- Provides a variety of reports for analyses including but not limited to sales volume, sales trend, closing times, contract terms, etc.
- Works with the legal department to verify contract and payment terms are accurate and work with finance and accounting to determine revenue recognition impact.
- Provides review of deal progression to ensure optimal deal cycle times and contract execution for standard and non-standard agreements.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required:
- 4+ years' experience in finance, sales operations support, deal desk, contracts and quotes, or similar experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of:Best practices in pricing models and terms, advanced Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce (CRM), Big Machines; basic theories and principles related to legal, accounting, and sales operations; product contractual language.
- Skill in:Communication (written, verbal), organized, detail oriented, time management, analytical, problem solving, critical thinking.
- Ability to:Organize and interpret data; prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail, establish and maintain effective working relationships.
