As a Supply Chain Director, you will lead strategic integration of supply chain operations across newly acquired entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring continuity, operational excellence, and synergy realization during complex organizational changes. You will drive alignment of processes, systems, and talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability.

Our Team

You will join Koch's Global Supply Chain Operations team-a group dedicated to optimizing procurement, inventory, and planning across diverse manufacturing sites. We work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to deliver seamless integration and sustainable improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Champion integration strategies that harmonize supply chain processes, systems, and talent across acquired entities.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs to align buying, inventory, planning, and supplier networks.
  • Define integration roadmaps and KPIs to measure success and drive accountability.
  • Partner with site leaders to identify synergies, optimize cost and service levels, and mitigate risk.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering cultural alignment and stakeholder engagement during integration.
  • Oversee technology and ERP system integration, leveraging analytics for performance insights.
  • Mentor and develop supply chain leaders to build a high-performing, agile organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including M&A or integration projects.
  • Proven ability to lead complex supply chain integrations and organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics platforms.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Expertise in GSOP initiatives and global supply chain best practices.
  • Exceptional project/program management skills with integration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence cross-functional alignment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% to support integration efforts.
