WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Senior Director, Field Operations Enablement provides program leadership for the field operations enablement program. The senior director is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to support excellence in field operations, including facilities management, fleet management, safety and compliance, security, and budgeting and expense management. Scope: Establish policies appropriate for the function. Interpret and recommend modifications to company-wide policies and practices. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Experience: Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: 7 years of management experience. Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think critically and strategically required.
