USPS PMO Performance Reporting Specialist Job Locations

Overview LMI is seeking a proficient Program Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and complex United States Postal Service (USPS) portfolio. We need a candidate who excels in organizing and standardizing the flow of information and reports throughout the chain of command, utilizing advanced tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role requires someone with at least 3 years of experience supporting government contracts, analyzing project budgets, and handling resource management data and projections. The ideal candidate will also excel in tracking multiple project interdependencies, managing project lifecycles, critical thinking, and fostering business growth while maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior. The primary responsibility will be to innovate and implement new tools and solutions to streamline operations and enhance communication, providing clients with intuitive, fingertip access to essential information.
