Purpose of the job -Support the Automation & Robotic Leader in new robotic cell integration -Propose improvement of robotic assets, process optimization -Support maintenance team in troubleshooting Responsibilities -Master robotic programs provided by the suppliers
-Define upgrades on existing equipment (process improvement, mitigation of machine weaknesses, etc ...)
-Be able to modify / qualify robotic programs based on production need (dry runs, offline simulation)
-Be able to adjust machine settings & make cell calibration
-Make simulation of new 3D cell via offline programming
-Generate robotic work instruction for machine operation, safety, etc
-Accompany manufacturing team in production ramp-up
-Participate to process qualification (welding, sanding, shotblasting, painting, etc ..)
-In charge of cell problem solving, troubleshooting along with maintenance department You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
