Supply Chain Data Analyst

Massillon, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven approaches to optimize supply chain performance. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights across manufacturing. Key focus areas will be owning the tactical direction of OEE including expansion to Redzone (LEDS system), supporting the Supply Chain Leadership on functional reporting, and owning the performance metrics build into our annual budget.

Your Seat at the Table:

Analytics Strategy & Leadership



  • Develop and execute a supply chain analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into decision-making processes.


Data Management & Visualization



  • Oversee data integration from ERP, MES, WMS, and other supply chain systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.


  • Create and support all departments in creating a standardized view of metrics
  • Support Operations department with insights to prioritize the opportunities


Advanced Analytics & Modeling



  • Apply statistical and machine learning models to optimize demand forecasting, inventory, and transportation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks.


Performance Monitoring & KPI Management



  • Define and track key supply chain KPIs, including:


    • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Availability, Performance, and Quality metrics. Includes managing the system, optimizing training, building capability in others, maintaining health, and partnering with Technical Services on Tmax updates. Will be responsible for expanding our current system to Redzone (LEDS system).
    • Forecasting: Building and maintaining models to predict performance (Unplanned Downtime) in current year and our Value Creation Plan (VCP). Partner with Supply Chain Planning on Capacity modeling.


  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to Senior and Plant leadership. Includes owning and updating the Platform Scorecard, Shearer's Scorecard, Packaging DT Scorecard, and Gap Closers.
  • Lead Performance Target Setting process annually during the Budget process. Responsible for building the tool and partnering with Plant teams and Finance to set quarterly targets which dollarized Productivity.


Technology & Innovation



  • Evaluate and implement new analytics platforms and tools.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering to enhance data infrastructure and automation.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain analytics.


What you Bring to the Table:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or operations.
  • Proven ability work with teams and manage complex analytics projects.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong in machine learning for predictive maintenance, quality forecasting, and productivity optimization.
  • Skilled at translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python and SQL RDBMS, familiarity with cloud platforms edge computing concepts, and experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka) as well as dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
