We are hiring a third shift IT Technician to support our retail manufacturing client in Etna, OH! Title: IT Technician Pay: $25-$28 Duration: 5 month Contract Hours: M-F 6pm-3am Description We are seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for both the distribution center and front office endpoints. This role goes beyond standard help desk duties and requires strong troubleshooting and hardware configuration skills. Responsibilities * Support and maintain IT infrastructure for distribution center and office environments. * Image and configure laptops and desktops * Configure RF devices for warehouse operations. * Swap out and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals. * Provide onsite technical assistance for hardware and endpoint issues. * Ensure smooth deployment and configuration of devices for end-users. Skills/Requirements * 1-3 years experience in onsite IT support or field technician roles. * 1-3 years of imaging laptops, configuring desktops, and RF devices. * Ability to troubleshoot and replace printers and other hardware. * Comfortable working onsite and overnight * Reliable transportation to Etna, OH Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
