Description The Line Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall stability of Tier I (Production Critical) Line Applications and equipment by following documented processes to return to normal operations or to diagnose the situation and escalate to appropriate support group if and when incidents occur. Shift: A Shift - 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM ET -Provide Tier I support for production-critical line applications and equipment. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate support teams. -Support plant floor users with desktop, application, and network issues. -Participate in technology upgrades and implementations. -Monitor systems and respond to alerts. Technical Environment: -Windows 7/10, Active Directory, LAN/Networking -AIX/UNIX environments -MS Office, ticketing systems -Hardware: printers, scan guns, desktops/laptops, handhelds Skills Support, Windows, Technical support, Troubleshooting, active directory, lan networking Top Skills Details Support,Windows,Technical support,Troubleshooting,active directory,lan networking Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: -Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent experience -Experience with Level 1 & Level 2 support -Familiarity with GALC/ALC systems -Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills -Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
