     | Essential Job Duties | This position is responsible for overall project management for assigned projects. The position will be responsible for all phases of project management including project initiation (including drafting 
       RFP documents in coordination with procurement), managing the departmental procurement process, managing consultants/contractors and coordination with key collaborators, extensive stakeholder relations, quality and budget control and ensuring full execution of the project to meet stated objectives.
       
 Project topics will be varied, but will include 
       construction, real estate and other infrastructure systems related projects and initiatives.
