Product Converting Operator

Kodak is looking for a Product Converting Operator who will operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:
* Complete Operator training programs
* Rotate through various jobs as needed
* Work in Dark and Light room conditions
* Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards

Required Skills:

* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail Oriented Team Player
* Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.
* Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.
* Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.
* Good Manual Dexterity
* Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.
* Desire to continually improve oneself.

Required Education:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) - Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
Years of Experience: Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required

Other:
* 8 hour Mon-Fri work schedule
* Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.

Physical Requirements:
* Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
* Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
* Ability to work in Dark Room
