The Opportunity

The Training Systems Specialist serves as the primary contact for Training & Enablement system administration, collaborating with various RDC Training & Development stakeholders. This role involves consulting on T&E processes, operations, and training request execution, as well as partnering with colleagues for additional guidance, issue resolution, and escalation. The specialist promotes best practices for compliance and role requirements, and effectively communicates process improvement opportunities aligned with the Training & Development strategy. This skilled professional handles diverse and complex issues, exercising judgment in evaluating methods and determining solutions. They are responsible for continuously improving processes and systems, participating in special projects, and are highly skilled in relevant technologies like ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Learning Experience Platform, and Google Suite.

  • Enables Training & Development success by processing requests for Enablement & Technology Administration, focusing on systems and supporting users/customers.

  • Manages CRM, LMS, and LXP source system data for accuracy, and processes enrollment and training assignments.

  • Provides ongoing learner support, including troubleshooting, communications, progress monitoring, and visibility to Roche teams.

  • Serves as a point of contact for learning programs, engaging with trainers, developers, managers, and field personnel.

  • Delivers information, data, and analysis to learners and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Promotes best practice approaches aligned with RDC Training & Development goals and priorities, understanding business objectives.

  • Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving quality systems and processes, and achieving quality objectives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • 4 years of analytical experience

  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Proficient in SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or other Learning ManagementSystem

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and/or Google Suite

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Indiana, is $66,500 - $123,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
