Senior Help Desk Technician (Internal Only) - Raritan Valley Community College

The Senior Help Desk Technician provides computer hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, and support to college faculty, staff, and students. Support is provided on devices using Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS, iOS, ChromeOS, and Android. This position also provides additional leadership based on 10+ years of experience working in desktop/laptop support, and on the technician's supervisory skills. This leadership comes in the form of high-level decision-making in the absence of the End-User Computing Support Manager.
