As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and professional communication skills will assist in fostering a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the property, and respond promptly to situations as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities and monitoring for unusual circumstances.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
• Assist with controlling access to the property and monitoring entry points as required.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management while adapting to various working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
