 Inova Health - Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift from Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities: 
 
   
 - Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
 - Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.
 - Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.
 - Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
 - Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care.
 
  
 
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
 
   
 - Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
 - Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
 - Experience: 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience
 - Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
