Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Power BI Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights using Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms. - Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices. - Monitor performance of BI solutions and implement enhancements as needed. - Document processes, data models, and reporting standards.
