This role is central to accelerating the adoption and strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our internal and external customer base. The ideal candidate will be an AI evangelist, a workflow expert, and a strategic consultant who can translate complex business challenges into high-value AI-enabled solutions.

AI Strategy
  • Act as the primary AI evangelist both internally and externally, clearly articulating our AI vision, strategy, and value proposition to engineering teams, and customers.

  • Develop and champion the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, focusing on areas with the highest potential Return on Investment (ROI) for both the company and our customers.

  • Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, including machine learning models, MLOps practices, and relevant industry trends, to inform our product and solution strategy.

Customer & Workflow Consulting
  • Engage directly with internal and external customers to deeply understand their existing business processes, operational workflows, and pain points.

  • Conduct detailed workflow analysis to isolate opportunities where AI-based applications can provide the most significant operational improvements, cost savings, or new revenue streams.

  • Decipher complex technical and business challenges into easy-to-understand, actionable components and use cases.

  • Develop compelling, data-driven business cases for proposed AI initiatives, outlining expected ROI, required resources, and implementation phases.

Solution Enablement & Documentation
  • Serve as the crucial bridge between customer needs and the development teams (internal and co-development partners).

  • Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI applications and integrations, clearly defining the problem, the possible solution, and the desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to guide the development and iteration of AI prototypes and final products.

  • Facilitate co-development efforts with strategic customers, ensuring successful proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional Energy and Communication: Must be an enthusiastic, dynamic communicator with the ability to inspire trust and excitement about AI technology across diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).

  • Workflow Acumen: Proven ability to rapidly grasp complex operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and articulate innovative, AI-centric solutions.

  • Technical Grasp: Strong foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Documentation Excellence: Superior ability to document complex requirements and concepts in a clear, concise, and structured manner.

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree (do not care about discipline), key emphasis is on the candidate's cognitive ability to learn and apply technology and process analysis.

Desired Traits
  • Prior experience in a consulting, solutions architect, product management, or technical evangelist role, particularly within the networking or enterprise technology sector.

  • Experience working directly with customers at different levels.

  • A "builder" mindset with a focus on delivering tangible, measurable results and ROI.

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
