Position Purpose The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role serves as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, coordinating tasks such as receiving, shipping, and putting away materials and products. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in maintaining high levels of productivity and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. *This is a 100% ONSITE position in Houston, TX.* Main Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities of the Role Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion. Key liaison between warehouse and the shipping office Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members. Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Conduct quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfilment. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Assist in inventory control and cycle counts. Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to warehouse management. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Support automation tools like barcode scanners, RFID, and conveyors Ensure data accuracy (e.g., stock movements, bin locations).
