The ideal applicant will have previous as Scheduler in a home health setting Experience in HomeCare HomeBase, preferred.  The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating quality care and customer service to our valued clients. The Scheduler will coordinate the assignment of appropriate staff to clients, schedule client services, identify problem situations, and assist in problem solving to strive for optimal outcomes.
