Key Responsibilities
  • You will be ensuring that all of the official documents are correct and in the right place. You would be essential to building, creating and publishing all the technical documents and manuals for everything we build. Working with both engineering and production, you will be involved in all aspects of the life cycle of everything we build.
  • Creating item master records including part numbers, descriptions, costing and vendor data and engineering data.
  • Creating bill of materials
  • Creating Engineering Change Management (ECM) documents, action notices and changes to documents.
  • Documenting engineering change requests.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that do not conform to ECM.
  • Communicating and implementing approved engineering changes.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
    • Technical school training or other post-secondary education is helpful.
    • HVAC industry including Formal CAD training is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in manufacturing.
    • Previous experience with work flow and routings, bill of materials and item master records.
    • Experience with engineering change management.
    • Experience with 3D CAD/Solidworks software and PDM software.
    • High level of computer skills.
    • Great attention to details and organized.
    • Ability to communicate well including written and verbal.
