Job Description Summary Novartis is seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time role as a key contributor to the Compound Management & Automation Group (CMAG) in Emeryville, CA. The group partners closely with scientists in Emeryville, NBR Informatics teams, and Compound Management groups at other Novartis sites. As a member of CMAG, the successful candidate will support compound fulfillment and disbursement; operation, development, shipping, and receiving of compounds; and validation of laboratory automation systems. The candidate will also help upgrade hardware and software applications, update systems, and validate critical lab automation while prioritizing order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and quality.Job Description Internal Job Title: Research Scientist I Position Location: Emeryville, CA, onsite. Essential Requirements:
The salary for this position is expected to range between $60,600 and $112,600 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
