The Department of Psychology consists of 32 faculty members, the staff of the advising center, the staff of the Psychoeducational Clinic, and the four members of our office staff, as well as over 1000 undergraduate majors and 120 graduate students pursuing their doctoral degrees. The faculty are outstanding scholars, many of whom have won awards for teaching and research
and/or are fellows in the major professional societies in Psychology. Faculty have received research grants and training grants from the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes for Health, the National Institute on Aging, the Army Research Laboratory, the Army Research Institute, the Institute of Education Sciences, and numerous companies. |

North Carolina State University seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor for its Ph.D. program in Industrial and Organizational (1-0) Psychology to begin in Fall 2026.
Job duties include a mix of teaching, research, and service work. Teaching includes courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Research should be related to 1-0 Psychology. Service includes service to the university and the field. |
