Description & Requirements Develop and expand your skill set and strengthen your portfolio while enjoying your work as a Technical Writing Apprentice. The Jack Henry Knowledge Enablement Technical Writing team is dedicated to producing high-quality technical publications, training resources, tutorials, and video guides in support of JH brands, products, and services. We are seeking an individual with both creative and technical aptitude to collaborate remotely with our experienced industry professionals as we develop content for diverse audiences within a dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will encounter varied assignments each week-such as developing video tutorials, authoring training manuals for educational teams, and contributing to department newsletters. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, participate in project brainstorming sessions, and learn essential technical writing skills that add value to our department. The ideal candidate is self-driven, able to meet tight deadlines, and demonstrates strong teamwork. Familiarity with XML and DITA is helpful, though not required.
