As a Development Operations Analyst at Epicor, you will be a key contributor in shaping the future of our cloud strategy. You'll help modernize infrastructure, support GovCloud deployments, and guide the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to influence and mentor others while working with cutting-edge tools in a remote-friendly environment. What you will be doing: Implement and test infrastructure designs across environments, including GovCloud Manage code deployments and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools Monitor system metrics and performance to ensure reliability and scalability Collaborate with peers during testing and feedback cycles to improve solutions Build, maintain, and enforce configuration standards across environments Administer and support database systems, including SQL encoding and optimization Document and enhance infrastructure and application development processes What you will likely bring: 3+ years' experience in modern DevOps workflows and lifecycle management Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and Git/GitHub Actions Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience in database administration and SQL development Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team Basic Shell scripting capabilities What could set you apart: Experience working across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Proven ability to mentor and support legacy teams in adopting modern practice. #LI-HYBRID #LI-MB2 About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
