Overview
The Junior Sales Analyst supports the sales organization by providing accurate data analysis, reporting, and insights that drive informed business decisions. This role plays a key part in monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and improving sales efficiency across channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of monthly, and quarterly commissions and other sales reports for management and field teams.
- Assist in tracking sales KPIs, including revenue, volume, pricing, and market share.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and alignment on performance metrics.
- Maintain CRM and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Help develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate key insights clearly and effectively.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and territory analysis.
- Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects to support strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a related function (internship experience considered).
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $65,000 to $75,000 yearly; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
