What we are looking for We are looking for a Graphic Designer. As a member of our regional marketing team, the Graphic Designer collaborates with the Sr. Marketing Manager to develop and maintain brand standards across all visual assets. This role is responsible for translating brand guidelines into creative collateral, including presentations, digital campaigns, and social media content. The Graphic Designer creates visually compelling and impactful assets that align with the company's strategic goals and vision. This position supports a wide range of initiatives-such as branding, business development, employee engagement, and recruitment-through the production of custom graphics, photography, and video. Working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, the designer develops visual communications that align with corporate brand standards and effectively engages diverse audiences across the firm's markets and industries. This role reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager and can be FT on-site or hybrid. How you can make an impact Creative Development Design a wide range of creative assets and offer creative insights on a variety of internal and external initiatives and campaigns - including social media, email campaigns, project spotlights, proposal graphics, direct mail, award showcases, recruiting collateral, branded merchandise, event/tradeshow materials and displays, infographics, motion graphics, and more.
Support photo and video needs, including scheduling, capturing, retouching, editing, and formatting for multiple platforms.

Pay Range USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
