*Home Infusion Medical Billing Trainer/Educator (Remote)* *Contract: *6 Months (Potential to Extend or Convert to Permanent)
*Location: *Remote (Open Nationwide for Contract; Must Reside in Approved States if Converted to Perm) *Position Summary:* Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced *Trainer/Educator* to support the *Home Infusion Patient Accounting* team, with potential expansion into *Home Health and Hospice*. This role is ideal for someone with deep subject matter expertise in revenue cycle operations and a passion for staff development and training. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and maintain policies, procedures, job aids, and training materials using existing templates. * Deliver initial and ongoing training, re-education, and refresher courses based on team needs and performance metrics. * Conduct monthly or quarterly QA assessments (desk audits) to evaluate productivity and quality of work. * Collaborate with managers and team leads to identify training gaps and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs). * Monitor and analyze QA scores to assess training effectiveness and staff performance. * Assist in production work as needed to support team operations. * Establish a training curriculum and baseline performance metrics within the first two quarters. * Provide detailed documentation and scoring for each account assessed, including comments and supporting information. *Top Skills Required:* * *3+ years of Home Infusion experience* * *5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience* * *EPIC system knowledge* (preferred) *Secondary Skills - Nice to Have:* * Training development and instruction * Creation of training materials * Performance improvement planning * Familiarity with payer-specific compliance and financial metrics *Work Environment:* * *Fully Remote* * Flexible hours between *6am - 6pm EST* * Must be able to flex schedule to support team training needs * If converted to permanent, must reside in one of the following states: * Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
