Overview Skills & Responsibilities Create product marketing assets, including product overview documents, base product presentation decks, product eguides, case studies, and product nurturing emails. Create and support the development of sales enablement materials including battle cards, product education and other related materials. Create and support the development of positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Majesco's product offerings, with both internal and external audiences in mind. Actively manage industry analyst RFP's for products assigned working with sales and product teams to complete them and present to the analysts to achieve high-level market recognition. Support market analysis for Majesco's product offerings to clearly communicate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Be a subject matter expert on product user personas and drive messaging based on those personas. Create and support product launch materials and go-to-market coordination for Majesco's product offerings across all business units Be an expert for the voice of the customer, turning the feedback received into actionable insights and work alongside the Product, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the customer voice is heard. Understand our market and be the expert on our buyers, who they are and how they buy and their key buying criteria. Understand the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Collaborate with marketing team, product management, sales, executive team, external influencers and industry experts. Qualifications 4-year BS/BA degree in a technical, business, or other analytical field required Product Marketing course completion. 5+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B technology company with at least 2 years' experience in a market-facing role 5+ years of insurance industry experience focusing of both P&C and L&A Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strength in leading conversations and driving action Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. A dual-minded approach: you're highly creative and an excellent writer who is process-driven, capable of convincing individuals that your creative approach will yield business results, and able to execute in a fast-paced environment. Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments. As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $88,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
