Partner with the best As a Senior Staff Finance Manager, you will be driving optimal performance across cost, fulfillment, quality, and cash metrics, while maximizing profitability throughout the Supply Chain and Project Execution. You will be leveraging deep expertise across diverse methodologies, techniques, and processes to deliver strategic financial insights. By collaborating across functions, you will be communicating impactful solutions that influence broader organizational outcomes. As a Sr Staff Finance Manager - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for: Providing financial leadership to establish and accomplish Supply Chain financial goals and objectives across all sites, while standardizing financial processes Understanding the impact of direct and indirect costs on financial goals and performance measurements Establishing and maintaining a financial measurement and reporting system that delivers actionable insights to management Managing cash flow, investments, expenses, and receivables to effectively support divisional operating activities Delivering controllership across all aspects of financial operations Creating operating forecasts and plans, including robust contingency planning Analyzing reports and supporting financial operations aligned with divisional goals and targets Implementing financial corrective actions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Preparing financial evaluations for internal stakeholders and leadership Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
