We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DT Integration Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing DT due diligence planning and execution, as well as coordinating the creation and execution of a comprehensive integration plan for a large-scale acquisition. This role requires exceptional organizational and program management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

As a Sr. Director - Integration PMO, you will be responsible for:

  • DT Due Diligence Planning and Execution (From now to Day 1):

    • Define the scope of the DT due diligence process.

    • Plans the Acquisition DT Budget

    • Coordinate with key stakeholders in BH and the incoming entity to censure alignment and collaboration.

    • Deploy the right domain technical and functional partners to conduct thorough assessments.

    • Document findings, identify risks, and develop corresponding mitigations.

    • Responsible for successful Execution of Day 1

  • Long-Term Integration Plan (From Day -120 onwards):

    • Coordinate the creation of a comprehensive integration plan that combines due diligence outcomes, synergy opportunities, and overall cross-functional priorities.

    • Responsible for identifying DT Synergies and creating clear executable plans to realize the same in given timeframe

    • Oversee the execution of the integration plan to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Daily Coordination:

    • Maintain daily coordination with functional and overall integration PMOs to ensure alignment and progress.

    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the integration process.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management

  • 10 years of experience in the software and IT space.

  • Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence to host steering committees, drive critical decision outcomes and report progress to the organization at all levels

  • Big picture thinking and the ability to extrapolate and move forward with limited information

  • Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Managing ambiguity... understands the context, makes assumptions and executes

  • Prior M&A /Integrations experience is a plus
