Partner with the best As an AMO Supervisor you will be based out of our Broussard, LA workshop overseeing the delivery of Drilling Services Products to our North America customer base. You will contribute to the success of a larger team that plays an integral part in our business maintaining quality and safety during the maintenance process of our Wireline Services Equipment. As an AMO Supervisor for Wireline Services, you will be responsible for: Ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to our North America customer base in a cost effective and efficient manner Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSEQ policies, Legal Compliance requirements Identifying and stewarding potential improvement opportunities in processes and procedures Managing an production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Applying Lean methodology to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met Driving people development and career progression for all team members Managing AMO operating and administrative costs, while responsible for the P&L of the plant operations Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will need: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Maintenance, Supply Chain) Have 3 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role Have experience of working in a production, operation, assembly or maintenance environment Display effective problem identification and solution skills Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English Work in a way that works for you.
