Junior Integrated Master Scheduler LOCATION: Huntsville, Alabama JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret Astrion is seeking a Junior Integrated Master Scheduler to support the International Program Team within the Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD), Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space (PEO MS). The selected candidate will assist in the development, coordination, and maintenance of integrated program schedules supporting the Republic of Poland's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, as well as future international efforts within the Integrated Fires portfolio. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Desired, bachelor's degree in business, engineering or management with 0-3 years' experience in project scheduling, planning, or related analytical work or no degree and 6 years' experience with project scheduling and planning.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- General understanding of project management principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, schedule status, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, integrating inputs from technical, financial, and programmatic disciplines into a unified master schedule.
- Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple priorities and dynamic program requirements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the appropriate level for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the establishment, integration, and maintenance of a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) encompassing multiple interrelated FMS cases and supporting activities.
- Collaborate with the Lead Master Scheduler, Operations Manager, and International Director to synchronize schedules and milestones across multiple Program Management Offices (PMOs).
- Assist in the collection, validation, and alignment of dependent schedules from participating PMOs to ensure consistency with overall program timelines, deliverables, and budget constraints.
- Generate IMS technical products (e.g., Gantt charts, network logic diagrams, critical path analyses) to support program reviews, decision briefings, and executive reporting.
- Contributes to the standardization and automation of scheduling processes and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency across the Directorate.
- Assist in developing innovative scheduling methodologies to address non-routine or complex integration challenges unique to multinational and multi-program environments.
- Serve as a technical resource in Microsoft Project Server, supporting updates, data integrity checks, and configuration management within the scheduling environment.
- Provide schedule input for cost, performance, and risk analyses in coordination with financial, contracting, and logistics personnel.
