Who You Are As Talent Development Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capability and engagement. This role blends tactical execution, administrative precision, and project-based support to advance department goals. The ideal candidate brings a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring learning programs, systems, and processes evolve to meet business needs and enhance the employee experience. This Position... Some examples of the work you might do includes: Program Coordination & Support
- Coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions (e.g., scheduling, communication, materials, attendance tracking).
- Works with business units and corporate functions to coordinate logistics for all learning events.
- Maintains training calendars and learning management system (LMS) records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Supports virtual and in-person learning events, including pre-training communications, setup, participant engagement recording, and feedback collection
- Acts as primary administrator of the learning management system and HCM software talent modules
Project Support & Departmental Initiatives
- Partners with the Talent Development team on special projects that enhance the learning function (e.g., process optimization, technology implementation, content updates).
- Researches and recommends best practices in learning, employee development, and engagement.
- Tracks project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Collects and analyzes learning data (e.g., participation, completion, satisfaction) to identify trends and opportunities, taking primary responsibility for sharing this information with the proper stakeholders
- Recommends improvements to enhance efficiency, learner experience, and program outcomes.
- Supports the evaluation and continuous improvement of training content, systems, and communication tools.
- Updates Talent Development KPIs dashboard on a weekly basis.
- Documents and maintains the departmental procedures and "lessons learned" library to help the Department identify strengths and areas of improvement.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Prepares materials, reports, and communications related to training and development initiatives.
- Maintains department files, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Performs inventory control for department supplies, including obtaining departmental approval, placing orders, tracking delivery accuracy, and coordinating exchanges and returns.
- Serves as a friendly, reliable point of contact for employees and managers seeking training information or resources.
What You Need...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, talent development, HR, or a related administrative/project role.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google applications.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or instructional platforms
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset, eager to learn, optimize, and contribute to team growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to support recommendations.

Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily in an office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
