We are seeking an experienced change management associate to join our team in a full-time, long-term role with one of JLL's financial services clients based in San Antonio, Texas.

In this role, you will serve as a Change Management Lead overseeing workplace change management and communication strategy as well as oversee the program tracking and implementation support for change programs across the entire organization, engaging with multiple business stakeholders.

This role will interact with Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Strategy and Occupancy Planning teams, engaging with leaders. The focus is on driving strategic change through real estate and workplace initiatives to achieve enterprise-wide objectives.

While an on-account role for JLL Consulting, this position is highly integrated within the client team, working within a highly matrixed team, to deliver a complex set of change projects within the program.

This is an in-office, 4-day a week at the client site position. The candidate must currently reside in the San Antonio area and be able to commute to the client site regularly. The candidate must have current experience in Change Management processes.

Ideal candidates will have change management certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute workplace change management strategies and plans, including assessments to measure stakeholder, organization, and user change readiness and adoption metrics and goals
  • Oversee program management for change initiatives in key locations, including project and move communications to support new and existing workplace transformation initiatives
  • Develop a tiered approach to manage any level of workplace change, ensuring an organized and structured program
  • Collaborate with leaders in various lines of business to deliver refined and cohesive communications and delivery before, during, and after the change
  • Facilitate business unit engagement and coordination, serving as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of a change leader
  • Implement feedback-to-action loops for greater transparency across the corporate real estate organization
  • Manage program, project and move communication templates
  • Provide ongoing change management support
  • Drive curation of expanded digital content for workplace success initiatives
  • Monitor implementation timelines and activities, escalating risk and resistance and preparing risk mitigation tactics
  • Program management for strategic on-account deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; with relevant change management certifications preferred
  • 3-7 years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong knowledge of change management processes, methods, and resources
  • Proven track record of influencing and managing relationships at various levels of leadership
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-phased workplace change initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional, stakeholder alignment, and support resolution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Corporate program implementation experience, working with cross-functional teams (real estate, facilities, IT, HR, Finance)
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Solid project management capabilities
