The Executive MBA Program Office is seeking to hire a part-time Executive MBA Recruitment Manager (Temp).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The Executive MBA Recruitment Manager (Temp) will play an integral role in recruiting and admitting candidates into the Robinson Executive MBA program. This position will work closely with the Associate Director to plan and execute recruitment activities, meet with EMBA candidates one-on-one, and manage the enrollment funnel by utilizing CRM software. This position will be staffed within the GSU Buckhead Campus from November 17, 2025 - February 1, 2026.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Recruitment & Events

  • Plans and executes EMBA recruitment activities including information sessions, webinars, local events, and open house events

  • Meet and advise candidates one-on-one, delivering presentations, making outbound phone calls, fielding questions via email, attending networking events, etc.

Recruitment & Candidate Communication Support

  • Monitor and respond to prospective student inquiries via email and phone

  • Provide program information, admissions requirements, and guidance on application processes.

  • Follow up with prospective and admitted students to encourage completion of applications and next steps toward enrollment.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Enter and maintain accurate applicant and prospect data in the CRM and admissions systems.

  • Track and report applicant status changes and recruitment activities.

  • Support processing of application materials and updating of student records.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of key program portfolios during staff leave periods.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree & one year of related experience preferred; or a bachelor's degree & related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of admissions, recruiting and counseling in a University environment.

  • Ability to use initiative and discretion in dealing with students and prospective students during recruitment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and diplomatically with graduate applicants.

  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills; ability to make phone calls to prospective students to convey information on a variety of topics

  • Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and diplomatically with graduate applicants.
