Description and Requirements

Position Summary

The NA Sales Enablement Specialist & Content Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and managing sales enablement content and resources that empower sales teams to achieve their goals. This role ensures brand and messaging consistency, optimizes content management within Highspot, and drives continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Content Governance & Creation

  • Maintain the North America (NA) enablement content repository in Highspot, organizing and updating materials to ensure sales teams have access to the latest and most relevant resources.
  • Approve the addition of new content, clean up old or expiring materials, and ensure compliance with branding and governance standards.
  • Oversee content lifecycle management, including revamping, archiving, or deleting expired content to maintain repository relevance.
  • Design and produce high-quality, visually appealing customer-facing materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and solution assets that support Enablement initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Create seller-facing one-pagers, objection-handling guides, conversation starters, key selling points, and email templates.

Highspot Enablement & Optimization

  • Guide publishers on adding content to NA Highspot, emphasizing adherence to guidelines and consistency.
  • Conduct ad hoc training sessions for new publishers and organize roundtables to gather feedback and improve training content and functionality.
  • Advise publishers on strategic content placement within Highspot to drive traffic and usage, using metrics and reports to enhance user engagement.
  • Monitor WW-provided reports to identify and address duplicated or expired content across the platform.
  • Measure content performance through metrics such as Highspot page views, pitch utilization, seller feedback, and management reviews.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Worldwide (WW) Highspot teams to align on new features, geo-specific needs, and launch plans.
  • Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to WW on landing pages, training, functionality improvements, and content enhancements.
  • Represent NA on monthly Geo calls to share regional progress and gather insights from other geographies.
  • Ensure efficient content organization and management to meet the evolving needs of North American sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree required), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Preferred
  • Proven experience in content design, sales enablement, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging frameworks, and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with Highspot or similar content management platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), or similar.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to gather and act on feedback from diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
