Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Lead to support all aspects of business development and capture operations across the organization in Reston, Virginia. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all business development data - primarily within Salesforce - while orchestrating process alignment and coordination across BD, capture, and proposal teams. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Growth organization, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions through transparent, high-quality pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational rigor, system expertise (especially Salesforce), and cross-functional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Target Salary Range $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
