Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations * Load, unload, and move products to correct departments * Price merchandise according to guidelines * Track production numbers and complete reports * Maintain organized work areas and clean environment * Operate warehouse equipment as trained * Follow safety protocols and procedures Donation Processing * Assist donors with donation drop-offs * Complete donation receipts accurately * Collect and track donor information * Process various types of donations including: o Clothing and accessories o Household items o Electronics o Furniture and antiques o Jewelry and collectibles Equipment Operation May be trained to operate: * Baler * Compactor * Forklift * Elevator * Other warehouse equipment Qualifications Required Education & Experience * High School Diploma preferred * Must read, write, and speak English proficiently * Warehouse experience beneficial * Customer service experience helpful Skills & Abilities * Strong attention to detail * Basic math and reporting skills * Good manual dexterity * Excellent communication abilities * Team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements * Regular lifting up to 50 pounds * Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds * Extended standing and walking * Frequent bending and reaching * Clear vision and depth perception * Ability to operate equipment safely What We Offer * Meaningful work supporting rehabilitation * Professional development opportunities * Supportive team environment * Training in various specialties * Flexible scheduling options Work Environment * Warehouse/store backroom setting * Low to moderate noise level * Temperature variations possible * Active, dynamic atmosphere * Team-oriented environment The Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
