Shift Options: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM OR Monday-Friday, 10 AM-7 PM

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight



  • Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience with inspection, quality, or production work and a CMM is required. Experience with HQI/AQI, ISO 9001, PPAPs, CMM and Blueprint Reading is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: You catch the small stuff that keeps the big stuff moving.
  • Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift up to 40-50 lbs when needed.
  • Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.

A Day on the Line

In this Quality Control Technician role in New Carlisle, you'll be the person keeping it all in check. You'll inspect parts at every stage, call out issues fast, and keep the line clean and organized. You'll team up with operators and leads to keep production tight, safe, and done right.



  • Tests products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects
  • Measures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications
  • Dispositions defective products for rework or reuse
  • Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications
