Lebanon, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (7 AM-3:30 PM)

As a Parts Inspector in Lebanon, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

What You Bring to the Line



  • Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Experience: 2 years' prior experience in production, quality, or inspection, and experience with a CMM.
  • Qualifications: Knowledge of manufacturing processes/procedures and knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing.
  • Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude.


What You'll Do:



  • Coordinates with the Engineering Department on inspection criteria for all manufactured parts
  • Tests products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects
  • Measures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications
  • Dispositions defective products for rework or reuse
  • Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications
  • Evaluates and reports on customer returned materials
  • Maintains gauge calibration records and due dates using specialized software
