Salary Range: $44k-$62k

What You Will Do:



  • The OEM Product Development Technician is responsible for building prototype mattresses and/or accessories to support new launches and/or quality or cost down initiatives, operating testing equipment, reporting on test data, analysis of sample accessories & mattresses, and assist in product failure analysis.
  • Runs required tests
  • Reports/analyze on test finding to designated personnel
  • Manage samples outgoing to customers
  • Manage samples' readiness to meet test plan & timelines
  • Other duties, as assigned by supervisor
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

What You Will Need:



  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office required; proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Material handling experience
  • Be willing to work overtime, as needed
  • Be willing to learn and ask questions
  • Be willing to travel if necessary
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Some technical training in related field of study is preferred.
