Requirements and Description
Responsibilities:
- Research and deliver results for projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and measure performance
- Manage relationship with key stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Assist in implementing new initiatives to reduce attrition
- Manage Atlanta OnTheJob user access, content, and data
- Create meeting agendas, set meeting schedules, and distribute meeting materials
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps as required
- Coordinate SVP daily scheduling needs, including but not limited to meetings and travel needs
- Create, process, and submit expense reports for SVP, VP & directors for Atlanta Operations in Chrome River
- Coordinate events, lead team engagement initiatives and celebrations
- Manage Uniform and Supply ordering for Atlanta Operations
- Lead hours management report process & ATL NetSuite invoice management
- Create and update Atlanta & Southeast Org Charts
- Manage monthly focus groups
- Communicate with Atlanta Operations Leadership team regarding the status of project and company-related initiatives adjusting schedules and deliverables as necessary to meet changing requirements and maintaining expected standards
- Manage Atlanta Operations Leadership Team meeting logistics, agenda, and minutes.
- Maintain board attendance records
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with projects in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with and supporting senior leadership
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, efficiently, and with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional customer-service approach is critical to success in this position, helping to create and reflect the values of collaboration and respectfulness
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to changes and needs in the operations & executive suite
