Direct Hire - Full Time - Permanent Role

Summary:
Responsible for designing aquatic systems from schematic design through construction and grand opening.
Ensures compliance with local codes and coordinates across disciplines to deliver high-quality aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret codes; coordinate with authorities.
Design pool structures, equipment, and systems using Revit.
Select and size equipment.
Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, and construction teams.
Review submittals and RFIs; perform site observations and reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or Associate's with 10+ years' experience).
3+ years' relevant design experience.

Preferred:
PE license; proficiency in Revit, MS Office, Bluebeam; strong understanding of fluid mechanics and water chemistry.
