Work Shift:

Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Sustainability Program Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Altium's Sustainability strategy; managing programs to measure and reduce Altium's scope 1, 2, and 3 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions; leading and producing sustainability analytics, contributing research, data insights, and other content to Altium's annual Sustainability report; acting as subject matter expert on recycled content and Sustainability-related legislation/regulation; and leading the development and execution of other defined Sustainability projects and initiatives.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop metrics and monitoring goals for Altium's Sustainability program

  • Support creation of data collection program for all Sustainability metrics

  • Lead analytics on provide insights on Altium's Sustainability data

  • Create reports to chart progress and share findings with stakeholders

  • Support the creation and delivery of Sustainability presentations and collateral for specific customer opportunities

  • Work with Sustainability consultants to collect data for GHG emissions estimates and reporting

  • Provide data-driven insights and create copyright for Altium's annual Sustainability report and other Sustainability reports

  • Work to gain industry Sustainability accreditations

  • Identify opportunities and manage programs to improve Altium's EcoVadis score

  • Monitor changes to state and federal legislation, and work with Altium's Commercial Excellence team to understand impact on the business

  • Create collateral for explanation and presentation of legislation changes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations

  • Collaborate with Operations to create a pilot program for "Zero Waste to Landfill," and to identify and resolve problems/gaps toward "Zero Waste to Landfill" goals

  • Assist with integrating Sustainability goals into all aspects of Altium's operations

  • Support other Sustainability projects and initiatives as needed

  • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Required Education and Experience

  • Experience with EcoVadis or similar Sustainability reporting systems

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent ability to interact and influence individuals across all levels of the organization.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in sustainability or related field

  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, business, or relevant technical field
