Position Description

Responsibilities



  • Implement data validation processes to maintain data integrity for accuracy and reliability through regular audits.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, or correlations.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable solutions through storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and methodology.
  • Analyze field team incentive programs' performance metrics, audits, and reporting.
  • Manage the Field Mapping program for field teams, including creation, implementation, updates, and performance impacts.
  • Support capacity planning for field teams, including creation, implementation, and reporting of usage and performance impacts.
  • Support national retail meeting events with logistics, tracking, and platform support.
  • Develop dashboards that present complex data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
  • Analyze budget spend for payment invoices and expenses by leveraging data analysis techniques to track, analyze, audit, and report.
  • Work directly with the Finance team to ensure effective budget management, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making and ROI.



Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years 'experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint presentations that tell a story of the data and provide executive-level insights, including improvement plans with next steps
  • Strength in working cross-functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment, and being able to lead project work within a large, dynamic team
  • Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data and pivot into high-level data summaries
  • Outstanding written and communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience handling time-sensitive and confidential business information
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
