High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

As an Advanced Business Function Associate, you'll be responsible for providing a full-range of administrative support to multiple managers, relieving them of administrative details and allowing them to concentrate on business activities. This position requires poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times. You will be working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment dealing with sensitive information. It's your chance to put your talent to the ultimate test.

This role includes such activities as managing the organizations new business funds (NBF), maintaining master consulting agreements (MCA), maintaining an internal website, and maintaining configuration control over the business development process (BDP) artifacts.

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Work independently with minimal supervision, with or without established procedures
• Solid organization and time management skills and ability to multi-task high priorities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy with the ability to multi-task
• Consistently displays high performance attributes
• Influential with others and demonstrates superior communication and collaborative skills
• The ability to work independently and across the organization.
• Experience working with financial systems.

Target salary range: USD $29.62/Hr. - USD $31.77/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
