Job Description Summary:
The CMLR & Marketing Operations Coordinator will support both the promotional review process and broader marketing operations. This hybrid role ensures compliant, efficient, and timely review of US promotional and medical materials while also supporting marketing execution, asset management, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills.
The incumbent will ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business rules as appropriate.
Job Description:
CMLR Review Support
- Coordinate the end-to-end CMLR review process for promotional and medical materials.
- Schedule and facilitate CMLR meetings, distribute agendas, and capture decisions and action items.
- Manage submission timelines and approvals using Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar systems.
- Ensure version control and compliance with FDA regulations and PTC SOPs.
- Partner with US-based stakeholders to resolve review issues and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support inspection readiness activities.
- Track performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign reports and dashboards.
Marketing Operations
- Support execution of US marketing campaigns and tactics across digital and print fulfillment channels.
- Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for asset development, trafficking, and deployment.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure proper tagging, archiving, and versioning.
- Track performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign reports and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment between marketing execution and CMLR-approved content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field and 3+ years of experience in US pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines and US regulatory standards.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar content management systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across US-based teams.
- Ability to work with multiple and time-sensitive projects

- Ability to communicate with multiple groups of people (Marketing Product Managers, CMLR reviewers, Outsource Partners, and Senior Level Executives)

- Experience supporting US commercial and medical teams.
- Knowledge of PhRMA Code and OPDP regulations.
- Prior experience with digital asset management, omnichannel content review, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, Salesforce, Adobe).
- Experience working in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Travel requirements: 10%
Expected Base Salary Range: $74,800 - $94,200. The base salary offered will be contingent on assessment of candidate education level, background, and experience relative to the requirements of the position they are being considered for, as well as review of internal equity. In addition to base salary, PTC employees are also eligible for short- and long-term incentives.All eligible employees may also enroll in PTC's medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
